FIVE CRAWLERS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EVERY JOB AND BUDGET
Proteus pipe crawlers are available in 5 models to function in a wide variety of pipe sizes and to fit your budget. Crawlers are built to operate in pipes as small as 4 inches (CRP90) up to 87 inches (CRP300 with camera platform). With Proteus' modular design, you can start with a basic crawler and add on additional options such as large wheel sets, crawler cradles and auxiliary light heads as the demands of your work changes. This makes Proteus by far the most expandable and adaptable camera system on the market today.
All crawlers have a steerable 6-wheel drive which allows you to easily maneuver past obstacles within a pipe. All crawler systems come equipped with CAN bus technology commonly found in cars. This provides you with continuous monitoring of speed, internal pressure, inclination and temperature. Crawlers feature a multi-frequency sonde (33kHz/ 512Hz/ 640Hz) making it compatible with any locating device.
MID SIZE CRAWLERS
FOR PIPES RANGING FROM 6" UP TO 40"
CPL150
Entry level, mid-size crawler with manual elevator
Comes standard with the Proteus Lite system and has the same professional grade quality, reliability and accuracy as the other Proteus crawlers.

CRP90
Small diameter pipe crawler with massive capabilities
CRP90's compact size allows it to easily survey pipes as small as 4". The motorized lift enables the camera to be centered in pipes up to 9" in diameter.

Heavy duty, expandable crawler for large diameter pipe
The CRP300 is designed for larger diameter pipe with high flow rates and can inspect pipe diameters ranging from 12" to 40". Add the Proteus camera elevation platform (right) to inspect pipes as large as 87".
